We are delighted that you are placing an order with Sarah Haran Accessories and we are sure you will be overjoyed when you receive your Box of Joy.
As part of the experience of SHooping with Sarah Haran we ensure all our products are beautifully wrapped in tissue, our handbags are encased in cotton dust bags and placed in boxes that you can reuse to store your Sarah Haran collection. All boxes are transported in recycled black bags to ensure that your Box of Joy retains its beauty.
We want to make swaps or returns as hassle free as possible as well. See all relevant information below.
DELIVERY:
UK and Islands Delivery:
We cover the full cost of delivery within the UK as well as the packing & wrapping as long as your order is £150+.
For delivery to addresses within the UK mainland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey/Guernsey and the Siciliy Islands the following applies:

* Order by 12 noon for same day processing. Orders placed on a Friday after 12 noon or at the weekend will be processed on Monday and Tuesday morning. DPD may deliver on a Saturday but this is not a standard service and will be variable. Couriers tend to deliver up to 9 pm on the day of delivery.
** Orders by courier must be placed by 12 noon for same day priority processing. They will be delivered next day business day but please allow up to 2 days particularly in the winter months and during the Covid epidemic.
Where we can we will combine orders particularly if ordered on the same day or at the weekend. We do this to help the environment. Where possible think about what you are ordering so we can work with you to combine orders.
International Delivery:
If you are overseas, as long as you spend over £500 we will cover the full cost of delivery as well as the packing & wrapping. We do not cover any import charges which you will pay but we do not charge you UK VAT.
Please note that delivery to Europe will incur duty and VAT as set by local government (you can allow up to E15.00 or 3% of the value of the goods, whatever is higher) but we will not charge you UK VAT.

If you order a pre order item as well as stock items we will send all goods together. If you wish to split the order and receive stock items first, then we suggest you create two orders and order separately.

RETURNS & SWAPS
The following details what to do if you require to return, or swap a product:
Returns:
Whilst we do hope that you will love our products, we do appreciate that you may change your mind and want to return.
If you wish to return something then you have 14 days from date of order to return your purchases for a refund excluding any shipping fees. In order to organise a return you must contact us by emailing us - hello@sarahharan.com and we will provide full instructions particularly around ensuring the goods arrive back to us in a pristine condition.
Please be aware that sale products are exchange only. You have 14 days to request an exchange for a sale product
Please note sample sale items are strictly non refundable or exchangeable. These sales are final.
Customers are responsible for their own returns. We can provide a returns label upon request at the cost of £8 that will be deducted from your final refund.
Specially made pre order items are non returnable. If you change your mind, we will of course do our best to assist to sell it on, but we cannot guarantee returns.
Earrings are non returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Discontinued products are non refundable.
Where we have made a product for you specially, either as a bespoke item or as a special made to order pre order item then a return is not possible. See below for more information.
On receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund within 7 working days, via the original method of payment.
SHwaps:
If you wish to SHwap something we are very happy to assist. Please let us know at hello@sarahharan.com and we can begin the process.
Packaging:
It is very important that we receive the goods back to us in the same pristine condition that we sent them to you. As we hope you can appreciate care will ensure that the goods are in the same condition for a refund or exchange. Please read our shipping advice here
Pre Orders:
How we deal with pre order items - if you order a pre order item as well as stock items, we will send all goods together. If you wish to split the order and receive stock items first, then we suggest you create two orders and order separately or we will contact you when the pre order arrives and you can use our shipping service.
Made-To-Order/ bespoke/ pre order products:
Please note we are unable to process returns or refunds for any pre-ordered bespoke or pre-ordered items that you have ordered when we have made them specially for you whether as a personal order or in a small batch pre order run which consists of limited numbers unless the item(s) are faulty.
Bespoke and pre ordered, made to order items are specially commissioned for you (either personally or as part of a small batch production) and made in small batches and are not products that we regularly stock in our range. We carefully calculate the exact number needed for customers and make to order to ensure that we do not over stock on a non standard product.
We know things change so if something does happen we will do our best to assist you by attempting to sell the items on your behalf in our community. This will always be done anonymously. We are not obligated to offer this service and cannot guarantee a sale. If a sale does occur then we will be transfer those funds to you as soon as we receive them.
Discount Codes
If you forget to use a discount code, you can email us within 2 hours of your order being placed to alert us and we will do our best to refund you the discount amount if you provide the code. There will be a £2 admin fee deducted from the refunded amount.
Customer Holds
We are able to hold goods that have been paid for, however we cannot hold items without payment. No offers can retrospectively be applied between date of hold and fulfilment/payment.
Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
